Recruitment:
In order to maintain MEChA functional, focused and maintain a momentum, the Recruitment Committee has the responsibility to recruit on campus and work in conjunction with the Education Committee on opening chapters in high schools/middle schools. The purpose of these efforts is to fill positions within MEChA, to accomplish certain organizational tasks, as well as to maintain a strong membership and momentum.
